March 3 is a National Holiday in Bulgaria called Liberation Day – similar to July 4th here in the US. The Houston International Folk Dancers invite you to join the celebration. Bulgarika, a group of expatriate Bulgarians living in New York City, will be in town to provide the music. The evening will begin with some “table” music – just for listening – and then we’ll dance!

When: Friday, February 25, 2011, 8:00 – 11:00pm
Cost: $10 at the door (all proceeds go to the band)
Bring your own drinks (we can’t sell alcohol at the church but we can drink it)
