… and even more!

Great meals, wonderful live music, and our own personal ethnic shopping mall are three long-time and popular staples of Texas Camp.

Music

We are delighted to announce that our own, dear Don Weeda will be joining us again, leading the camp band and lending the unique touch we count on to make our music magical.  A number of talented Texas musicians will also lend their skills to the effort of keeping you entertained at evening parties.

Food

Great meals are a particular focus for this celebratory 70th Texas Camp. The Greene Family Camp chef and kitchen staff are getting a yummy boost this year from delicious lunch, dinner and dessert recipes provided by the talented Yoshimi Masuo, who is head chef for the Hungarian dance camp Ti Ti Tabor.

Please note: Our kitchen has only limited ability to accommodate individual food allergies and dietary preferences. Please provide details on your registration form and we will get in touch with you about your needs and help you plan for camp.

Shopping

Balkan Bazaar is an institution at Texas Camp. Our dear friends Suze and Richie will once again set up their pop-up shop full of beautiful and intriguing things to wear, collect, listen to, decorate with, give as gifts, and enjoy. From opanci to pillows, earrings to boots, and belts to rugs, there is something for everyone. Come ready to browse and buy — you won’t find this eccentric and exciting collection of fabulous goods anywhere else!
