2022 Housing

HOUSING

Weather can be unpredictable in Texas, so all housing has central air conditioning and heating.

Dorms

Most campers are housed in duplex dorms that share a large central bathroom. Each side has seven bunk beds.  You are welcome to sleep on the top bunk, but most of us sleep on the bottom and use the top bunks to stow extra gear!

Private rooms

Each room has two twin beds and a private bath. There is an extra fee of $50 per person for double occupancy, $90 for single occupancy.

Assignments are first come, first served, based on the date registrations are received by the registrar. If we cannot fill your housing request, we will refund the extra fee after camp.

Private Cabins

These are available to full time campers for a $100 extra charge. Private cabins have a shared bath and house up to four people with twin or bunk beds.

Assignments are first come, first served, based on the date registrations are received by the registrar. If we cannot fill your housing request, we will refund the extra fee after camp.

Family Cabins

We make a limited number of private cabins available to families. Families are defined as one or more adults with one or more children age 16 or younger. Campers requesting a Family Cabin have  priority only until October 15.  After that date, cabins will be assigned as a Private Cabin or Family Cabin on a first come, first served basis.
